This company is not recommended to pursue your career as a digital marketing expert. Yes, they do make you sign that you can't work in any company with their competitors for 3 years. They will make you work after working hours on regular basis still there is no job security, once the season is over they will remove you with any excuse. There is a lot of staff who have worked in this company for more than 15 years. Believe me, all these employees are not to be trusted as they are very nice to the new joiners, try to know their weakness and discuss with the directors as soon as possible. Old staff is more keen to know the personal life of other employees. The company's revenue is generated from sales (offline marketing). No lead is generated through digital marketing as there is (100%) involvement of dealers and traders with the customers. In addition, There is less work of digital marketing and more work of non-digital marketing (PPT editing and Catalog designing). All in all, not recommended to go do digital marketing as they wont keep you longer than six months (it's their history).
