The job is Too much traveling and also learning so much things. But only for seasonal months afterwords no one will entertain you. Salary is on time. Teammates are pretty good and courageous. Mind it no job security is here. No value of you once job is done. You will not get any extra benefits beyond your salary. ie incentive like anything.

Dislikes

Doesn't get any technical knowledge. I am Engineer but i feel like i am just a door salesman.

My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Some of the employees are not at all cooperative to the new joinies. Only thing which I liked is to have a very good opportunity to land into corporate world just after college(final semester results were also not out) and learn the technologies related to mechanical engineering, Business opportunities, different industry. For me it was an open world after coming out of egg.

Dislikes

Everything except what I learnt. But will always be grateful for the opportunity given by the company to learn and somewhere Where I am today is bcoz of hardships and learning in this company.
