Working with Imarticus is superb, the work culture is good, the people are polite. The management is very friendly. Mostly importantly they keep conducting personality development training.

Iqf you join imarticus your life is hell... expectations are that only u keep on working whether its ur birthday, ur wedding or u are at hospital know one cares want to even know u are in what condition. Just keep working if not then you are put on PIP. No none supports you not even manager. They only pretend that the management isconcerned about employee but doesn't even care to meet in yearly review or even know how you are been treated or anything about work culture. Literally employees fin ur organization feel like committing suicide as even after loyalty and years of dedication no connect when they are leaving or small gesture is shown. You both are just pathetic ur company is reaching heights and its all coz of ur employees and trainers whether freelancer or internal as they have been managing entire end to end escalation and fake commitment made by ur so called business heads and counsellor's but still trainers andr operations are paid peanuts where as those who make fake commitment and dont turnout during escalation are paid much + incentives as they bring in ur money but doelnt be on their words and after all this I'll tratment when employ leave you dont have any courtesy to pay their proper Fnf and gratuity or pf. They have to wait and chase almost year or more to claim the same and after paying they are threaten to remove theri true reviews and comments down from everywhere replacing it by so called fake n good one....Read More

1) Hyderabad branch full of partiality 2) Need to leave self respect than you join. 3) center head Shout at you , scolds at you infront of every one.Not even think what exactly other feels.
