Can I get salary hike in any month? Or I need to wait for april?
Context: Joined X company and after 2 months felt like i am being underpaid … looked up for more jobs and got 60% hike …. told manager i am resigning, now my manager and director r convincing me to stay , and are okay revising my salary. however, I dont know if they will revise my salary now? Or in April? And if i wait until april, i would be underpaid for 4 more months + miss out on opportunities. my question- this is an Indian company, and is it possible to get a revised offer / salary hike now?
