Nobody cares about you. HRs don't even bother to check in what the issue is. No team building, nothing. No time to settle in. You start working from the moment they hand you the laptop.

There is good exposure for newcomers in sales. Salaries and incentive are always on time. Not much internal politics, so moral and productivity remain high. Worst company ever, no professionalism. Zero motivation, worst resource allocations. Senior management has closed its door for junior staff. Delay in every project.

Dislikes

Company owner has zero manners, forget about professionalism. Any senior individual get replaced by 2 to 3 interns. Make freshers to sign bond for 1 year, in the name of internship training. No professional training is being done. Zero decipline among senior management staff. Favoritism among senior staff, no growth or knowledge sharing with Junior staff.
