* If we are Ona work, there will be no policing attitude about our activities. It is very comfortable to work on daily basis. Because there is no extra pressure. So we can work independently and can spend enough time with dealers and fabricators. It will helps to build a good relationship with them. So it's a positive thing.

Dislikes

Holidays are very less as compared to the last year. Need to consider some public holidays like Eid ul fitar, good Friday, and some others for every employees in the company. Salary and incentive Structure: Incentive structure must be more transparent.
