No job security ,even every one here think that he is the owner of the company they pressurized like a servant...in this company employee turn over is very high...they can't retain their employees,even u work for 2 yrs or 8 yrs or 10yrs.

Growth opertunities are quite poor. From last 3 years I got nothing but appreciation that too after being best performer among all people. And same with some other guys also who are working from last 7 years. Rich got richer and poor become more poor.
