Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

There were very few perks but all are gone now. You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths</mark>. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers. As soon as they got the process completely, they were concerned about the profit and they cut of everything like CAB, Food, snacks, and they even extended our shift time. Pretty much nothing I say, there's no proper management who will listen to you. They manipulate policies accordingly without prior discussion with employees!!!! Terrible.

Everything!!! It's sad to say that this company was far better than others, but since now management came in role, they make it worst to work too !!! You'll get pressurised for pretty much everything.

1. Good colleagues 2. Understanding TL and manager 3. Job security 4. Flexibility of work when in need 5. Scope for learning and working on different types of content.

1. Low salary. Low appraisals and promotions. 2. Upper management will commit numbers to the client without consulting with the team that will be actually working on the project. This leaves the team struggling to meet the targets. 3. Mon-Fri work week. But Saturday is considered "Working Off". So to match the delivery schedule, sometimes the team is required to work on Saturdays. Then in that case a comp-off is not given because Saturday is not a straight-forward off. 4. Sandwich leave policy. 5. Public holidays that fall on Sunday are still considered a holiday and an alternative holiday on a workday is not given. Overall the workplace is good. But I suggest the management to consider the above points and make suitable changes to the functioning and policy to make the place even better....Read More
