Salary is always on time. Appraisals are decent if you perform well.

1. Getting worse day by day in the tech department. There is no work life balance. You might be required to work on weekends. Management has no clue what is going on in the project. Requirement specifications are never done correctly. New hires have no idea about the technicalities of the project. 2. No compensation in terms of bonus. Salary is the only thing you get here 3. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
