Everything in iksula is extremely fine. Pressure is there everywhere you find it but here you enjoy that pressure. Work from home facility is a add on advantage they gave. You get salary on time 7th of every month if it's a off day then you get them prior to 7th but there is no chance you get salary on 8th.

Earlier there were one-side cabs, food and fun-fridays. Now there is nothing, we work like peasants here.

There were very few perks but all are gone now. You are forced to work extra minutes, cab service has been taken away so now you travel 4 hours in total for work in peak traffic hours and heat, no fun Fridays, toxic culture, and non-cooperative colleagues as well. Management is filled with politics and no growth paths. There are promotions only to the friend circle of the higher department. They have zero decency and manners of communication, they talk like people talking in the streets with no respect. Others who are working to get a promotion, are treated like labourers.
