Providing work from home is the only way IKS have supported in COVID-19 lockdown.

My request to all is to not join this company. As most of us are doctors but we are treated as 10th fail person in this company. You will not have any respect here that you deserve as a doctor. Terrible company. You don't even get loan if ua an employee of this company as there is no job security. TL's think they are boss here. Theyoffer you different salary but u get something different. You face salary deductions every month without prior intimation n your query is never solved. They have fired almost 400+ employees in this COVID-19 situation without any prior notice. Everyone in IKS is very rude n will never help u....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
