To be very honest there are nothing you can like about this company this is rather a family run business where employees are treated are servants.

Dislikes

So this business is run by 4 of the family member who lacks basic knowledge, manners and behavior. They will hire you without even understanding your job role or fitment to the organization just because you work for their competitors they will hire you with good salary. Post hiring they will make you do everything as their thought process is paisa de rahe hai toh wasool krna padega whether that is your KRA or not. They have few selected incapable people in big designations they only trust them. They do not know how to respect anyone. Lacks professionalism, leadership skills, no market knowledge only copy paste the competitors. They are just ruining people's life by hiring them. The CEO Nilesh Aggarwal is a good sensitive person. The CEO of The PR division, Naina Aggarwal is both good and bad. It depends on her mood. She can be as supportive like a friend or mentor and also can be very rude and destructive. It feels like she has a double personality. Other than that it's overall not that bad. Salary is low. Family run business.

Dislikes

Employee respect is there when it comes to Nilesh Aggarwal and Naina Aggarwal, but the MD Veena Aggarwal needs some serious help. She thinks the employees to be her servents. No respect and very demeaning behaviour.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
