The company was good till 2014 but now it seems to be like they are not serious about their image and working . Growth opportunities are not that great and policies keeps changing frequently . Not ready to spend even as their earnings and profitability is good . Overall I recommend candidates not to join it now especially in retail segment .

Dislikes

Hr is not so strong and management is not professional in approach . Growth opportunities are less now as you have to fight to raise your salaries even when you are a performer. Baised promotions and benefits . Ppl who are not qualified and deserving are sitting in top management . Policies seems to be pathetic .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
