OFFICE POLITICS! Seniors working here from 10+ years have trashed the work culture with their typical mindset and their micromanagement. In my experience overall work culture is toxic and stressful leaving you with low morale. HR department is the worst. Forget about getting promoted here. Increments aren’t that good as well.
