My tenure at the leela helped me learn a lot as got an opportunity to head the department in the absence of HOD.Work life balance is only achieved when one wants it, otherwise if you love your job then the time put in is worth it.Got to manage both residences and rooms with guests staying for years and few days as well.

No clarity on job duties and responsibilities, felt like everyone is bitching about everyone’s back. Even the GM Mr. Sud, the head of HR is such a waste. He doesn’t know how to talk to anyone, i mean who has given him the position? I am just coming back from my interview I don’t know yet if i am selected or not. In a cab rn, and felt like let’s give a good honest review. Let me tell you, they don’t provide accommodation, and GM was praising the fact that they don’t give accommodation.
