I have worked at this company for more than 4 years. It is a startup with 70+ employees, providing the best support. The top management has been very supportive, but you need to dare to reach out to them for any support beyond your project manager. The company takes great initiatives to conduct festive celebrations and team outings for lunch. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new things. In some projects, you may get immediate onsite opportunities, while in others, you might never have one. The company culture and support from colleagues are good, as long as you haven't opened up too much. Team support may sometimes be lacking during tough times, possibly due to fear of management or their reporting managers. The HR policies are excellent, with 100% job security and zero layoffs. The workspace is well-managed, and timely snacks and drinks are provided by the company. There is very good hospitality and comfortable desk space. Not all, but a few managers are very rude and will favor those who do their bidding, rather than those who are loyal to their work. Recognition of your efficiency and productivity depends on how well you are known to your manager, regardless of your actual efforts. Many employees are just surviving for their monthly salary, and the company is aware of this, but it’s unclear why they continue to encourage such behavior, which becomes a burden to the company and a hindrance to individuals' careers. Leave policies and excuses are not the same for everyone; they depend on how well you are known to your manager. There are significant gaps between team members, but management is not taking sufficient steps to resolve these issues.
