Company is so big that one time 500 candidates goes under process and few people who comments negative may be from different company guys social media and these reviews are only for the entertainment use your mind. There is always a fee for examination whether it's a private or government company. And training fee in aviation sector is always there as training incurs expenses for a company I am student of last activity and complete the entire process.
