Learning opportunities are great rather best in Industry. Job security is there.

Poor career growth, very very less work satisfaction, increment always delayed or sometime not availed for 2-3 long years, very less corporation from everyone since an account driven company, very poor TA DA, accountant may ask for KM travelled and why to take AC bus when local train available.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
