- No Work Life Balance - Working day & night for 2+ years have resulted with no appreciation, no motivation and still expected to give 100% !!! - Appraisal getting delayed by months with expectation of continuity of work - Daily Meetings with the head is completely useless & what new are we suppose to show within 24 hours! - No Promotion internally - wants people to join organization for free!

I'm working here at IFAS Edutech as an HR Executive for more than a year and believe me it is a very good company for fresher and experienced people who wanted to make their career in the field of HR, IT, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Academics. IFAS also conducted some employee engagement activities like Official outings, sports events (IFAS Premier League) and many more.

Monday to Saturday - IFAS believes in Hardworking so the person who wants to take on challenges then you have to work 6 days a week (Except for IT people).

Worst leave policy and forces to office on public holidays. Important festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Gudhi Padwa, Bhai dooj and most horrible thing is this company is located in Maharashtra and didn't give holidays on Maharashtra Day and Shiv Jayanti.
