This is a Horizontal organisation. Only the owner can take decisions. Every thing revolves around one person. Teachers are running sales operations here, who are not aware about the basics of sales and man management. Incapable leadership with no domain expertise. Egoistic leadership. Won’t give you any authority to you at whatever profile , role you joined. Worst leave policy and forces to office on public holidays. Important festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Gudhi Padwa, Bhai dooj and most horrible thing is this company is located in Maharashtra and didn't give holidays on Maharashtra Day and Shiv Jayanti.

- No Work Life Balance - Working day & night for 2+ years have resulted with no appreciation, no motivation and still expected to give 100% !!! - Appraisal getting delayed by months with expectation of continuity of work - Daily Meetings with the head is completely useless & what new are we suppose to show within 24 hours! - No Promotion internally - wants people to join organization for free!
