- No Work Life Balance - Working day & night for 2+ years have resulted with no appreciation, no motivation and still expected to give 100% !!! - Appraisal getting delayed by months with expectation of continuity of work - Daily Meetings with the head is completely useless & what new are we suppose to show within 24 hours! - No Promotion internally - wants people to join organization for free!

I have worked at IFAS for 12 months, Team support, management support is really upto mark. Hardwork pays off at IFAS. Even management helps and understands the situation and thereby provides solution. This is my personal experience.

Worst leave policy and forces to office on public holidays. Important festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Gudhi Padwa, Bhai dooj and most horrible thing is this company is located in Maharashtra and didn't give holidays on Maharashtra Day and Shiv Jayanti.
