The. Company was well organized with high skilled top leaders Experienced workers, interested project(Neonatal vitamin A) with close followup of Billl and Belinda gets team in collaboration with Harvard university Serious fellowup, monitoring and evaluation for the project Creativity made the project more meaningful Team work made us feel secured and happy always

Dislikes

The big challenge was the incentives Unfair salaries. We are at Same position but the salaries different including money for housing allowance

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
