Good Culture. Work From Home benefits before Covid. Most of people dont like to come to office, only they during the celebrations. Annual celebrations starts after Dashera and goes till Christmas and new year.

Dislikes

Few onsite projects are good but if you are in support then you wont get much to learn, same work you can repeat for years, if you are satisfied with repeating works you can survive here for long time.

Work Details

I am in prod support, most of work drive from global team. You get enough amount of personal time, you can use for self learning if you want. Good Over time, shift allowances are there.

They are really focusing on new Technologies Good Working atmosphere but totally depends on your Manager

Dislikes

No increment during Covid as well as 23-24 FY which is ridiculous. No Implementation Projects All AMS Projects and People are handling 3-4 Projects They keep on Merging and De-merging the company and hence no clear visibility

If you got good project this company is best for you. You wont feel like leaving this company.

Dislikes

Nothing they give good variable and hike every year. Also the good thing about Hitachi Vantara is that you can learn lot of new technologies. Existing employee conduct training like OIC, Mulesoft etc so there is always scope to learn new technologies. Leadership is also very nice specially under Madhu leadership in Oracle practice.
