IEM is a fraud institution that tends to lift those, already on the top. The college and the bank have tied up relationship. If any student is unable to pay attention loan, both IDBI bank and IEM go after student's personal life. The college cannot provide proper placement for students. Arka Mukhopadhyay (MBA placement dept) and Sujit Dutta threatens the students to stick to the first job that they get. Sujit Dutta (HOD of MBA) is a shrewd, cunning, hypocrite, dishonest, toxic, highly diplomatic individual who favours rich people (nepotism). He also involves himself in gathering information about employees (through Nobita Masi and Sohini Dutta - Business com faculty). The MBA 3RD floor staffroom involves themselves in having hard drinks during college hours (EMPTY GLASS BOTTLES lay hidden, which is later cleared by Nobita masi). After 3:30 pm or 4 pm., profs. instead of taking interview classes, tends to involve themselves in having jhal muri, dim chop, singara. Profs who are involves in indulding themselves are sujit dutta, writuparna, saptaparna and swati) - and everyday this happens from mon to friday) this evening party is never missed. Saptaparna (a prof who has not cleared net exam) tends to leave the college every day around 2 pm so that she can pay extra attention to her child (I completely empathise ) and comes back around 4:30 or 5 to punch out. Sourav Banerjee (provides no class for quantitiave techniques) as he says that he is involved in writing research papers and books. At times he is not found in the entire MBA dept . Moreoeevr, he lures students to his home to get involves in religious activities with her wife (he says she is radha ma). sourav banerjee in order to gain complete trust of the students, instructs then to do bad things. Last year he said to a student to burn the library's Operations Management book. The college provides meals to the profs (which is really a very good conduct.But this meal at times also provides, cockraoches, egges of cockroaches, not so boiled potato or rice. The boy distributing the food has a tendency to hide the large portion of food for the his peer group (led by Nobita masi). Most of the profs at IEM have not cleared NET exam, but still are allowed to teach. Shneha of MBA placement dept is mentioned as prof. Shneha in the "NAAC" records but sits here making no new company calls. She doesn't teach, and only engaged herself in telling lies to the students (As per the instruction of the head of the institution). The ground floor staffroom involves young UEM faculties (teaching General studies). Sohini Dutta flirts with young male faculties (Arijit Sarkar and Dyutish Chatterjee( in the staffroom. The ground floor environment is very toxic. Sohini of UEM (another GS faculty) tells lies about others and mocks loudly about other profs. openly in the staffroom. Whenever Arijit Sarkar (GS FACULTY) sees young female faculty, he sings praises and poems for them. Banani and Satyajit Chakraborty ( wify and hubby) are totally hypocrite, emotionless, opportunities, highly capitalist mentality and shameless individuals. In one of the morning meeting senior Satyajit Chakraborty told a mgnt prof (Mr. pKB) that "he is an idiot". Mr. Chakraborty said this to the pkb in front of entire engineering and management faculty. At present pkb is detected cancer, so he doesn't come. Souharda Nandy, bullies (he works alongwith Sujit Dutta). Souhardo Nandy does not take any class at all. To make the students pass, he randomly put above pass marks to attain high credit points as a prof. (he has not cleared NET). All the marks of the students are changed, all of them are given random marks above the pass marks limit)This is done so that the college can stay in best eyes of "NAAC".IEM will gather personal information about the candidates and based on that they play with them. When Satyajit and Banani Chakraborty sees that the candidate is not fulfilling their objective (what is their objective, they will not ever explain!), he fires them. Without any consideration or thoughts, he just kicks them out. Banani Chakraborty put preposterous accusations and complain about her employees to HOD (she does this when she doesn't want to keep the employee anymore). The HR never receives or responses about anything. Swati Mukherjee (marketing prof) hides information from employee. If the info is needed to be conveyed to someone, she just hides the information on the instruction of Prof. Sujit Dutta and writuparna (systems prof). She will just deliberately withhold information. Writuparna is of all together another level and dimension. He is that rabbit who thinks that if he hides behind two leaves, no one will see him. IEM gives job based on their interest and objective and whether you are able to get the next monthly grocery or not, he will kick you out. Whether you would be able to feed your family or not, Satyajit Chakraborty will kick you out. Whether you would be pay ur bills or not in the coming month, he will just kick you out. After gathering all the information, Satyajit chakraborty will lift you and toss you below 8, 848 m down the sea level. Wearing that white gown, doesn't make him churches father or a revrnd.
