Management of South India branches is horrible. They hire domestic sales people and only focus on meeting numbers any way they want. Manager will not support in terms of meeting targets and performance. He will only work to show his higher management.

Not one but there are many disadvantages here 1) Hike will be decided based on business needs to the current technology what they require.
