At the time of joining we used to get special holidays, job security, and respect. Employee welfare was the priority of the employer. But now after management team changed, we don't get any more employee welfare activities. Instead, many employees lost their job during this pandemic, because company wanted to reduce their expenses. Felt sorry for them at the same time started getting insecurity feeling due to the fear of losing our job.
