No job security at all. Asking employees to resign during this pandemic cannot be justified. Best way to identify whether to invest or not to invest money in a bank is to check employees work culture. If there is attrition at peak and unsatisfied employees, an outsider can easily understand financial position of the bank as well as their values. If go by this, no one will invest money here.

Dislikes

Poor management team and the way they handled employees during this pandemic. As I said earlier, many employees lost their job only because they trusted this organization. Employees who lost their jobs here is more than 600, a huge number for a small organization. Apart from this, many employees started resigning in huge numbers, making the situation more pathetic.
