The good thing is that idfc provide customer a option to get loan even if customer have low cibil.

Dislikes

There is no growth in company's people working from 4 to 6 years even didn't got any post or promotion or salary appraisal. Company Don't even provide any diwali bonus or gifts ... They don't even provide us the paid leave for the days we go at office on government holidays. Dont even have a proper timing, job security is almost 10%.. company doesn't have good schemes and not even good offers so that we can attract customer at idfc....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
