There is not much work compared to other similar organisation hence can maintain work life balance. Organisation gives one of the best salary and perks. It is easier to crack the interview.

Idex doesnot have job security. It fires employees without any notice in place. In the morning the person is attending meeting and discussing future aspects of his role in a project and in the evening he is not more with the organisation. No set processes in place and is all manager / senior management dependent. God knows how this organisation is even ISO certified. You have to be in good books of management to get promoted and is not based on merits....Read More
