Some time's judgement are made by manager without fully involved in task that is wrong for team and me it must be improved, it is not for all divisions but it's happening with my team it's not always sometimes rest of things are very good

I struggled a lot in the beginning as there was no training as there was no training session also team members are quite busy on their respective work. I learnt by own.
