Some time's judgement are made by manager without fully involved in task that is wrong for team and me it must be improved, it is not for all divisions but it's happening with my team it's not always sometimes rest of things are very good

I got an excellent team and an understanding manager, couldn't ask for more. Though there is always scope to improved the company's internal processes.

Dislikes

For people working on development on company's secure intranet, there is no option for WFH. For other departments, it is hybrid. I hope this coud be improved.
