Likes

Friendly atmosphere and work-life balance is the best thing in this institution. Most of the teammates are very co-operative. Job security is high even if you are just copy/pasting other peoples stuff.

Dislikes

Some senior teammates make the office environment a very toxic and unhealthy place to work. The appraisal is done in every 2 years and it involves politics and depends on how much of a sycophant you can be.

Work Details

In my initial working days or years,the work was of very good quality and our CEO personally asked me to inform him 2-3 mnths earlier before living or try not to.It was their honest try to keep honest members,but last few years it has gone downward spiral

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
