Teammates were great, trainings were offered by CEO, job is their, salary growth was their, but just a little late, no travel, no politics, work environment is satisfactory, not much innovation, work life balance was ok not good also not too bad

Should follow better SDLC processes, probably Agile, need to stick to process and everything else ll follow
