Working here is balanced with very good opportunities to develop skills on multiple tools. Team mates are coperative. Staff facilities like appraisal and review to be revised, promotions on the basis on performance need to be given.

Dislikes

Infrastructure and seating facilities, poor network for cell phones.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
