There's no work pressure. No rotational shifts, morning to evening working hours. All government holidays are holiday to employees. And provide more enough PL / sick / Causal Leaves ( 40 days yearly). Most important is learning part, you can learn everything there. Because this is data centre, you may learn additional technology, purely based on own interest. Lunch would be free. If you want comfort zone, definitely I would prefer this company to everyone....Read More

Simple and open answer, there's no hike in salary. Once you join - there should be bond for 2 years. So till bond period - they never give hike. Huge internal politics. I was worked there for 4.5 years, got only 40k hike in my package (which means per year 10k increment). There's no employee welfare, manager will treat you like slave. Lots of technology available there, but no one will share the knowledge. I was frustrated due to hike and resigned the job....Read More

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
