Management: Worst Management, no facility for employees. They don't listen to you, and higher level person also plays petty politics. Team Mates: Few good, few ineducated people working with lot of attitude. They hire anyone for any post without qualification. Job Security: Zero Career Growth,:Not much scope. End of career. Salary/Appraisal: Very less salary for the amount of work. Appraisals are like a joke. Politics:From higher level person to lower, everyone is involved in playing politics. Management person uses other people as weapons to act on employees while being sweet with everyone,just for show off. Work environment: Very bad. Location is also not good for traveling. Air conditioner doesn't work in office and they don't have money to fill gas in it ,as they say. Also they don't provide fans. Keep employees working in heat. Manager was biggest loser in the world....Read More
