Likes

Nothing numberone froud institute. They forget their employees with out giving them salary after they works for them several months. They are very very bad people . Never join this institute for studies and job purpose.

Dislikes

Everything is bad . Can't explain a single thing. Boss n marketing all having non educated behaviour.

One of the pathetic company I worked for till date. We have to chase for salary every month. Hr, Accountant and entire management plays the game in reverting. I would never suggest my enemy also to work with ICRI.

Zero growth prospects.

The politics among the employees is minimum, and one is expose to all the departments and there is minimum reporting system and have flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

The Organization is totally mismanaged and have no respect for the employees. There is no fix salary date, rather there is delay of salary by 2-3 months and at times it can be more. To continue working with the organization, one need to be very patience, no self respect,and be effluent enough to be not dependent on the salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
