I have so many things to mention in this section. Right from the working atmosphere and no politics at the workstation to on-time salary and learning opportunities are something I like the most about ICRI. I feel that it is one of the best educational firms you can ever imagine and work with. Team members, seniors, and the management are so supportive.

Dislikes

The office location is a bit far from my location. But I am planning to relocate to make things easier for me.

Initially, I was in doubt about the work because ICRI is an educational institute. But after joining here, the management offered me new tasks and new challenges to me. With zero politics at the workplace, it is so far the best place have ever worked in. Everyone on the team including the management is very supportive.

6 days a week seems very tiring sometimes.

Personally, I have not seen any cons so far and i am pretty sure that i will not find any because ICRI is all about providing its employees with the right working environment

If you need positive surroundings, then ICRI is the place to be at. The management never does partially when it comes to offering fair chances. As a result, every team member has the sky is the limit to showcase their skills and bring desired result. The organization is always ready to help its employees if they want to learn something new. I don't think that there is any con of working with ICRI. You will always feel good as you will be encouraged to come out of your comfort zone to do well.
