The politics among the employees is minimum, and one is expose to all the departments and there is minimum reporting system and have flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

The Organization is totally mismanaged and have no respect for the employees. There is no fix salary date, rather there is delay of salary by 2-3 months and at times it can be more. To continue working with the organization, one need to be very patience, no self respect,and be effluent enough to be not dependent on the salary.

The company provides amazing work culture along with job security. In addition to this, you will always get the salary on time along with other perks like so many leaves. The members have great work ethics and high level of professionalism. This is one of the reasons when you connect with your team members with a problem, they will always there to help you. Training sessions are another reason to love ICRI.

Dislikes

Well! some members are there who create unnecessary ruckus for others. Such members should be kicked out of the company as they are nothing but a burden.

1. They don't pay your salary for 3-4 months. 2. Nobody cares about you. 3. Zero professionalism from top management , HR to bottom employee. 4. If you resign then they never pay your pending salaries. It happend to many people. 5. False promises on salaries and Nobody reply to your mails msgs calls. Literally no one. 5.Dont join and save your time, energy and mental health and most important your career. 5. All good reviews are done by their internal people only. So don't fall for that.

Bkwas, This orgnisation too much pthetics they don't have good management they salary given in til next month 25 to 30 it means you need to work 2 month and you get salary 1 month (Bhagwan bharose)? they have manual process attendence & other thing and HR Releated work for fnf you need to depand on manager forget fnf if you work 1 month or 2 month they not given. think about joining. gys if you are family person think about it.

Nothing. Salary and Benefits Appraisal category is not applicable for ICRI as they don't pay you your dues.

Everything. Pathetic experience. Fake and Fraud. They even cheat their students. No professionalism. Management staff is worst and illiterate.
