I am extremely disappointed with #HR Shivam Tyagi & #Trainer Garima Jaiswal of Centre Noida Sector 5. 👎👎☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I joinned the orgnization (ICollect India Private Limited Noida Sector 5) on 5 sep,2023 as a collection executive and during interview i made clear with HR Shivam that training would be paid or not. He confirmed men said yes trainning would be paid whether you certifie or not. #Garima Jaiswal, my trainner. She is really very anyoing & rude person. If you forget anything whatever she taught you about product no matter that is very minimal, she starts yelling at you (trainees). And believe me she shouted n yelled at me like crazy😡😡😡. The sound of her voice was this much loud that HR Shivam n receptionist came into trainning room and said to her that what are you doing voice is going coming my cabin and said it is his 3rd day of training he can do it. To be very honest my blood was boiling in my veins but still i did not say a single word to her and kept myself calm because i wanted to do the job. From that day she started pinching me till 13th of Sep 2023. (the day of my recertification but unfortunatly i got decertify by Head of Quality) But after 5 mins she came n told to everyone n to me that you are decertified from Quality head end but i requested her n told how hard working u r so she trusts me so she left this decision on me that whether i would go in OJT or not. But at that time i made everything clear with Garima that if i have decertified that's ok but i do not want any favour from you or you make me realize everytime that i am in OJT just because of you, I clearly said to Garima but she ignored (because i was a trainee of her team & it was hard to digest for her that training head raise any question on her, afterall it was a matter of her white coller reputation. (That's why she requested to quality head, not for me but for her white coller reputation.) Today on 14 Sep2023, I went to office and had words with HR Shivam told everything n said as i have decertified after giving my 100% i am sorry for that, and i asked HR for further proceduser regarding my 8 days salary but HR Shivam was not saying anything regarding my salary but Trainer Garima Jaiswal was telling me that u have certified so we can not give your salary, i said ma'am first of all you are not a part of HR and when HR Shivam is here i am discusing with him. I asked HR Shivam that Sir plz you let it make clear for me that in next month on 10 October you will credit my training salary or not. But he gave an excuse of certification that you have certified so we will not credit your salary if you leave the company with out serving notice period i said you your self imposing this on me just to escape from facing issues. That's why I am extremly disappointed. Do you really think that after happening this much with an employee or a trainee.
