Many of the things like salary and designation is totally not up to the mark of someone is from college placement they provide good package and designation doesn't matter it's a fresher and when we talk about experience person there expectations are very high towards but salary is very very less

Bad work culture, daily traveling of 37 KM home from to branch after that if they call you I ipru office then 20 km can be added, early morning 8 AM meeting on video call then 9:30 daily lecture attendance, 3-4 call from manager daily, harrasment, etc

The work culture is disgusting specially in bihar no chance to get promotion either you are performer i have wasted 6 year i was performed every year and got top rating then also no promotion only few % of increment i got. The senior manager are keeping there post from a long long years neither they are transferred so they are maintaining there own rules
