Training part is very good with this amc .company really wants to care about their employees but due to some rotten mangoes it is impossible to implement there good work ethics.

If u wants to sacrifices your mental health u can join PUNE DET channel. Internal politics is worst ,in 1 year more than 25 people left this DET channel because of partiality and favoritism. Favouritsm is on another level here. Open thretning to female employees by TL'S personal favorite person in front of himself is not acceptable. And when tried to complain about ill treatment by his favourite person with the proper proof then TL will start harrasing you for any reason. In one incident TLs favorite person openly thretning a new female joinee , he is asking continuously that girl to drink beer with him which obviously she declined but that person is continuously harrasing her. She tried to complain about it but TLs favorite person has connection with senior management hence no one gv damn about it. TL openly uses words like MC,BC and shamelessly support it by saying it comes naturally because I m from North. Taking hard earned business from new joinies and giving it to his favourite person is the hobby of manager. Pathetic state. And yes you can generate ARN number on your fathers name and start your mutual fund business with the help of your TL's guidelnce. You can do your family business in the office timings !
