it was almost 10 years back i worked with this great organization.. it was my first job in my carrier. great placed welcomed openheartedly for freshers.. Traning, work atmosphere, feed back from staff

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
