No work life balance. No retention for employee serving in notice . Attrition at its highest peak in our region. Middle management alone around 12 member resigned in a span of 1 year. Unlike others credit has to do back end works and operation works which affect disbursement TAT. Company is good but patna branch is very bad..nothing to like on that.. that's why most of the employee is on resigned even two to three months..Most of the old employee are corrupt.thats why no growth is seen in this branch .

Don't ever work in patna Branch.very bad working culture and working environment.branch head is not .politics and discrimination like culture is seen .For company growth no one is working.They all work for self..
