Should i pursue my journey in sales ?

I'm Confused to continue in sales or not, I started my journey in Jan 2022 I was sales officer i took 3 promotions in mid and currently i am Branch Sales Manager but still I'm confused about the career to continue in sales because of job security and sales target every month. Its a worst platform for experience guys. Comapny just wants to continuing there business with full secure where the actual business type is total risky. Now this days there is a very rare possibility to earn some incentive. Also there is lots of faulse commitment, no growth also no improvement of there business thinking.
