There is no one stand for our problems in working , boss asking questions for technical issu which is not our part of job.. we are for legal and our work is coordinating legal clearance, provide legal documents... Senior saying you are the owner of that Hub for APF . Irrelevant statement. Apart from that Salery cutting is issue .. Lengthy Policy, difficult to understand for experienced persons also. No proper timings, should work daily 10 to 12 hrs in an avg, in month end until midnight. Worst working atmosphere in the branches, using un parliamentary words in the branch. Department Heads don't know how to deal the issues in matured manner. Atleast two sundays may work in a month but no compensation. Not to learn any new things....Read More

Honest review Works as TBM Handles the branch . Salary and perks are good.

No work life balance. No retention for employee serving in notice . Attrition at its highest peak in our region. Middle management alone around 12 member resigned in a span of 1 year. Unlike others credit has to do back end works and operation works which affect disbursement TAT.
