I worked at ICICI Home Finance for 4 months as an off-role HR Associate under Sigma Staffing Solutions. While I initially had high hopes for the organization, my experience was disappointing.

I was informed that due to "structural changes," my position was no longer required. Despite no fault on my part, I was forced to resign by stating "personal reasons" under the threat of termination, which would block me from working in any ICICI Group company. This treatment was unethical and unprofessional. If you're considering working with ICICI Home Finance or Sigma Staffing Solutions, I strongly recommend evaluating your options carefully. Lengthy Policy, difficult to understand for experienced persons also. No proper timings, should work daily 10 to 12 hrs in an avg, in month end until midnight. Worst working atmosphere in the branches, using un parliamentary words in the branch. Department Heads don't know how to deal the issues in matured manner. Atleast two sundays may work in a month but no compensation. Not to learn any new things....Read More

Honest review Works as TBM Handles the branch . Salary and perks are good.

No work life balance. No retention for employee serving in notice . Attrition at its highest peak in our region. Middle management alone around 12 member resigned in a span of 1 year. Unlike others credit has to do back end works and operation works which affect disbursement TAT. Affordable home finance but unrealistic targets Collection branch will have to manage for 12 MOB 4th Saturday and sundays are usually working days Etc etc...Read More
