I was very good organization before 2023 but right now because of organization restructure so many people losses there job with only 5-6 days of notice period.

No job security right now . Every day new decision comes and all on going plan you should stop. No fix location for job.

In 2024 company president has been changed and all good things turns into bad.. almost 60-70% employees leave there job .
