Senior don't treat properly. Bank is good but some people don't understand how to treat with there team members that the reason to left the company and HR also did not call to retain or transfer to other department of I will get chance to work with icici i will be happy to work

The HR policy is strong for the employees. Less pressure of sales than other pvt banks.

Too much politics involved within the organisation.

If your performance is poor or due to office politics, you can be transferred on the same day without much notice. However, job security is not at risk. Additionally, while annual bonuses at the upper level are decent, for M1 grade and below, they are not very satisfactory. There is no incentive system at all. No matter how much effort you put in or if you achieve 110% of your business targets, or how loyal you are, it won’t matter. You won’t get a single rupee as an incentive. People, leadership, sick leaves not approved - causing loss of pay, unorganised, manual data entry, ancient systems, frequent pointless meetings and have no clear agenda that stretch beyond 1 hr (max. 5 hrs), no work from home almost always required to work from anywhere on sick leave, have strict login and logout times,

There is not anything to dislike there but which type of culture and facilities provides there is a little bit employes thinks that we have rights on that rules ... Nothing to say more about them but oral nice banking experience

1) long working hours- daily 10.5 hours 2) No transportation for female employees after sitting late. No reimbursement either 3) Transportation options to the office at interface malad are very limited.Very difficult to get a rickshaw from malad station at peak hours as well as getting a rickshaw from the interface office in the evening is next to impossible 4) No work from home facility.
