There are no growth opportunities , poor work environment, dirty politics at senior level. non cooperative HR.

Work Details

organisation not focusing on core banking they engaged all the channels in Insurance, Investment only. With this way don't think organisation can grown up. It should be customers and employee oriented but at this phase it's only and only self oriented.
